Spanish sensation at WSOP Las Vegas

Three Madrid students are being the sensation at the World Series of Poker 2010 by getting extraordinary results playing against some of the world best poker players. These three players are part of a group called From Flop Turn The River and they meet to play poker and to improve their poker game very often. Their favorite poker variant is Texas Hold’em.

These guys spectacular performance and their poker skills made possible that three of the four group members got prizes in this poker tournament. Javier Martínez Gil and brothers Pablo and Luis Ubierna got own light shine thanks to their exceptional results which kept Spanish poker community in suspense during days. They survived hour after hour eliminating their opponents with a faultless game while thousands of players of all around the world were falling.

Javier Martínez Gil is a civil engineering student and is 27 years old. This year is the Spanish player who has gone further in the WSOP 2010 by reaching place number 90 among 7.000 poker players from all around the world and taking home $80.0000. Besides being the last Spanish player standing at this poker competition, Javier played a major role in other championship events.

Pablo Ubierna is 27 years old and is considered one of the best Spanish poker representatives. This architecture student has stopped his studies while he becomes a real champion at poker world and during the WSOP he has shown the reasons why he is one of the most recognized poker players. With a solid game survived to the last days of the competition and fell in the position 375 taking a $36.500 prize.
